Connected Health Care is a healthcare staffing & recruiting company focused on travel nursing, travel allied health, and permanent placement of all positions across the healthcare spectrum. Since our founding over 3 years ago, we’ve helped hundreds of companies across the healthcare space retain both full-time and temporary employees where needed the most. Our clients range from fortune 500 Hospital Systems to 8-bed Critical-Access Hospitals!

We have seen a sharp increase in healthcare candidates looking for new opportunities, particularly in travel/temporary roles. Therefore, we’re looking to hire additional help to manage our candidates and place them into their new roles.
The Role.
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will source and place top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals across the nation. Your role is crucial in maintaining high-quality patient care by staffing healthcare facilities with skilled, dedicated workers, and maintaining meaningful relationships with these team-members. Expect a fast-paced, rewarding environment with significant impact.
Compensation.
We offer a base salary of $52,000, with commissions, and the ability to ramp commission quickly and earn six figures by year two! (Year 1 OTE $85,000/yr)
Training.
Experience is valuable. We do however have a comprehensive training program that walks you step-by-step what you need to know, and how to do the job. We also have multiple paid tools that allow you to work in the most efficient way possible.
Qualifications:
Staffing is sales where the product is a job. So, our team members are personable, comfortable talking to new people, and, above all, persistent.
Beyond personal traits, we have very few “make-or-break” criteria, but we do have preferences:
- At least 1 year of recruitment/staffing experience or 2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
